For some products sales are final, for example, special order items, no returns are allowed. Please contact us prior to purchase for information if you have concerns regarding your order.
SAMPLES ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
FOR STANDARD RETURN OF ITEMS:
- The item must be in original condition, unopened and returned within 45 days of receipt. Please include the order number, customer name and reason for the return.
- Any material returned will be assessed a 25% restock fee provided it is in re-saleable condition, excluding special order items.
- Credit will not be issued for shipping costs.
- Returned merchandise will be credited to the original payment method.
